His office has coordinated tens of thousands of
benefit distributions; the cumulative total of plan assets for
which he has had fiduciary responsibility
exceeds $1 billion.

Mr. Saakvitne also acts as Trustee and Independent Fiduciary for
Employee Stock Ownership Plans (including stock sale transactions and
subsequent distributions); he currently serves as trustee, co-trustee or ESOP Plan
committee member for more than 30 ESOPS. He also has served as independent
fiduciary for PTE-2003-39 ERISA litigation settlement evaluations,
for Rabbi Trusts and for ERISA special projects and transactions.
