Nicholas Saakvitne acts as ERISA Plan Administrator and/or Trustee
for more than 100 employee benefit plans at any point in time,
many of which are "orphan plans" (the plan sponsor
is no longer in business).

The law firm has coordinated tens of thousands of
benefit distributions and is responsible for distributing
$50 million to $100 million of benefits every year; the cumulative
total of benefit payments the law firm has overseen
exceeds $1 billion.

Mr. Saakvitne also acts as Trustee and Independent Fiduciary for
Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), including start-up ESOPs,
ongoing Trustee roles, stock sale transactions, and subsequent distributions.
 He also has served as independent fiduciary for PTE-2003-39 ERISA
litigation settlement evaluations, for Rabbi Trusts
and for ERISA special projects and transactions.
